PAKISTAN FLOOD 2011

Last year, the massive flood in Pakistan has affected many lives; thousands were killed and many were left homeless.

The flood has now returned.

Although not to the same scale (Alhamdulillah), it is still very much significant to the lives of the Pakistani people.

High water from monsoon rains has killed more than 200 people since early August 2011, damaging or destroying some 670 000 homes and affecting more than 5 million people.

Let these pictures tell their stories:

Before, during and after donating, remember to keep our intentions pure, solely to gain the redha of Allah Taala. May the reward be multiplied,, like how a grain of corn multiplies into full-fledged plant, with seven ears containing a hundred grains..!

Surah Al-Baqarah, Ayah 261:
“The likeness of those who spend their wealth in the Way of Allah, is as the likeness of a grain (of corn); it grows seven ears, and each ear has a hundred grains. Allah gives manifold increase to whom He pleases. And Allah is All-Sufficient for His creatures’ needs, All-Knower.”

Many thanks and jazakAllah khair katheera.Salam wbt
